Tri-Star Technologies supplies a full range of Wire Marking Systems that will dereel, measure, mark, cut, and coil in one continuous, sequential process. Our UV laser wire marking machine utilizes a UV solid state laser with an integrated high speed scanner. These UV laser wire markers take advantage of a photochemical change that occurs when UV light interacts with titanium dioxide (TiO2), creating a clear, indelible, non-destructive mark on your wire.

For wires without TiO2, we offer a UV curable InkJet Marker coupled with our PT-1000 Plasma treatment system for Wires & Cable. The in-line plasma treatment prepared the surface of your wire to improve wettability and adhesion characteristics, ensuring the InkJet marks are durable and lasting.

We are qualified and listed to Boeing BAC5152 standards, as well as D6-3691, MIL50881, and AS50881 compliant. We conform to International standards for legibility of print SAE ARP5607 and SAE AS5649.

With over 550 wire and cable marking systems fielded worldwide, we offer solutions for any production rate: from our manual Econolase, to our Superfast Laser Wire Marker including a Multi-Wire Marker to process up to 16 spools of wire for your harness kits. Whether you are processing large volumes of wire, or creating singular harness kits, we can help you create indelible, non-damaging, and lasting marks that are fully compliant with your industry standards.

Regardless of your application, our wire marking systems can get the job done. With indelible and non-damaging capabilities, our products suit precise industries where quality is a necessity. Whether you need to meet stringent military standards or you’re working with delicate materials for use in medicine, Tri-Star Technologies can help.

Our systems are extremely user friendly with virtually no maintenance required. Schedule a demo to find out why Tri-Star Technologies is a global leader in quality and reliability.
