Since 1979, Tri-Star Technologies has been the leader in the design of a family of automatic contact crimpers. The Tri-Star MPT-3, the newest addition to this family, is a 14 lb., self-contained magazine feed, portable automatic crimper. The MPT-3 is the industry's first truly portable auto-crimper that can easily be operated almost anywhere. The MPT-3 is extremely fast, making it the ideal tool for high volume crimp operations. Also, because of its small size, light weight, and fast tool changeover capability, the MPT-3 is a great tool for second-end terminations. Utilizing Mil-Spec indenters, this tool can accommodate almost any style or size closed barrel contact.
